Production & Dispatch Times
- 1-of-1 Originals: dispatched within 3–5 business days.
- Limited Editions: made to order; dispatched 3–4 weeks after creation.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Australian Orders
- Free shipping on selected artworks (under 1 metre in size).
- For Larger works (over 1 metre), shipping is custom-quoted.

International Orders
- Shipping is custom-quoted based on destination and artwork size
- A full estimate (shipping + import taxes, if applicable) will be provided before dispatch

Customs, VAT & Import Duties
These may apply depending on your country.
Import fees are the responsibility of the collector and vary by region.
For clarity on charges, please get in touch with your local customs office.
Returns & Refund on Original Art

My intention is for every artwork to arrive safely and find its place in your home with ease.
If, once you see the piece in person, it doesn’t feel like the right fit, I offer a 30-day return period for original artworks.

How returns work:
- Email me within 30 days of receiving your artwork.
- Repack the piece in its original packaging, including the Certificate of Authenticity.
- I’ll arrange the collection and return shipping.

Refunds:
- The cost of return shipping and insurance is covered by the collector and deducted from the final refund.
- If the artwork arrives back in a condition different from how it was originally sent, repair or damage costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your artwork arrives damaged:
- You are fully covered.
- All works are shipped insured, and any damage that occurs during transit will be resolved promptly.
My priority is that you feel supported and at ease throughout the process.
